Hi, I’m Rachel Garahan.

I'm a creative strategist, entrepreneur, and mother of three.

I believe that each of us has an important contribution to offer to this world. That there is something deeper within us that longs to be expressed, and the work of uncovering it, sharing it, living it is what we're here to do.

For the past 20 years, I've helped wellness, lifestyle, and values-based brands do exactly this — and as a three-time author and founder, I've lived every stage of the creative and business journey myself.

My approach is always mindfulness-first. Whether through conversation or guided prompts, I help you get beneath the surface to the thing you've been carrying but haven't been able to name yet.

Here’s how most students move through the course:

    Choose one morning, one afternoon, one evening after the kids are in bed — whatever window fits your life. We'll help you build a working schedule that actually sticks, so this becomes a protected part of your week.

    Each module contains a collection of short, easy-to-follow videos (5-20 minutes each, totaling about one hour) walking you through concepts, showing real examples, and introducing the exercises for the week.

  • Because Sightlines is self-paced, you will receive instant access to the membership site as soon as you register, and can begin the lessons right away.

    Within the portal, you will also find links to access the live weekly support calls and community chat.

    If you have signed up for a live cohort (which is advertised via email twice per year), you will still receive automatic access, but there will be specific start and end dates so you can work through the content at the same pace as your cohort members.

  • Sightlines was thoughtfully built to fit into your busy life while still making true progress.

    With 10 hours of video lessons and timed, guided exercises (and the full course available right away) you can complete this in 1-2 weeks if desired.

    However, in my experience, I see that as a whole we tend to overestimate what we can accomplish in a given time. This leads to rushed work, disappointment and an overall "quick spark" approach that burns out.

    Which is why, for sake of realistic expectation, longevity and to allow for full integration of content and creative embodiment, we recommend more of a slow burn approach: setting aside a 3-hour time block once per week, with a goal to complete the course in 12 weeks (a literal 'season in your life').

    Whether you choose to complete and revisit or take it at a slower pace, with lifetime access to the course, you can complete it at whatever speed makes sense for you.

Additionally, we cover how to effectively hire and collaborate with a designer should you prefer to take that route.

  • Sightlines includes aspects that you could hire a designer, publicist, social media expert, business coach, or digital marketing expert to support with.

    And yet, each of them would have introductory questions they’d want you to answer, and much of their work would be diving into these foundational elements with you.
